The design was guided by the symbiosis of functionality, clean design and the organic connection between the building and its surroundings.The space design was guided by the centrally located living-dining-kitchen rooms with fireplaces, and the living rooms are located around the fireplace.The materials and colours of the building are dominated by simple structures that maintain the cleanliness of the building, and grey, white and brownish colours. The building has a 30 cm thick load-bearing walls, plus 15 cm of insulation.The building has an A+ energy rating.
The living space is 250 m2, the terraces 50 m2.On the ground floor there is an entrance, storage facilities, a parents' section with bedroom, walk-in closet, private bathroom, wellness room, sauna. On the first floor there is a communal area - living room, dining room, kitchen (66 m2), a fireplace, separate toilet and two open terraces connected to this level.From the living room you can access the terrace with full panoramic views through 3 m wide large sliding doors and a large fixed glass window to the south facing atrium.In the attic there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Technology: air-to-water heat pump, surface heating-cooling system, heat recovery ventilation system, central vacuum cleaner.The ventilation system is equipped with a pollen filter, so that the pollen content of the fresh air entering the house is a minimum of 1.5 %.
